About Our Planning & Coordination Fees & Service:
We offer customized flat-rate service fees that are provided after your initial meeting.
We never charge a percentage of your budget.
Our service fees are based on your event service needs.
We only book one wedding per day, so we can fully focus on your wedding the entire day.
Meetings and consultations are conducted in person & via the telephone as mutually agreed.
We offer convenient payment plans.
We carry professional & general liability insurance. Notary services are available.
We provide services everywhere. Our main office is located in Maryland.

- planning meetings
- develop and collaborate on ideas, décor, and design with execution
- provide etiquette advice
- develop, implement, and manage your wedding budget
- assistance with venue selection
- detailed event timeline distributed to the contracted vendors and other participants
- contact and coordination with all contracted vendors
- visits to your wedding day venues
- ceremony and reception set up on your wedding day, as discussed, planned, and agreed
- guest list management
- vendor recommendations
- schedule and attend vendor meetings
- coordination of your wedding rehearsal
- coordination and management of your wedding day
- direct your wedding day activities and coordinate with vendors to maintain timeliness
- distribute bouquets/florals and assist with pinning
- distribute final vendor payments and tips, as needed
- assist with out-of-town guests such as room blocking, welcome/guest bags, etc.
- assist with wedding day transportation
- other items as agreed
Your first meeting is on us! We offer a complimentary initial meeting to chat about your wedding & service needs.
WEDDING SERVICES
We offer wedding day coordination, partial planning, and full planning packages. All of our packages are customizable to cater to your specific needs. We also offer professional support, consultation and other wedding related services. Our wedding service packages begin at $600 and a variety of other services begin at $175. We look forward to working with you in creating your Diamond Event!

- planning meetings and review of the planning that you have started
- assistance with pulling your ideas together and provide etiquette advice
- detailed timeline distributed to the contracted vendors and other participants
- contact and coordination with all contracted vendors
- visits to your wedding day venues
- ceremony and reception set up on your wedding day, as discussed, planned, and agreed
